Sales Director
Andy has been in the Construction Sales Arena for over 10 years, having started with Finnings UK (Caterpillar). There he was an Area Manager for over 3 years where he won a variety of Sales Awards! His next career move saw him entering the Construction Industry Finance Area specialising in Finance Sales with Close Asset Finance before coming back into Construction and Plant Sales by joining Willowbrook. Andy was appointed as Sales Director in September 2018.
Group Finance Director
Graham is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant. His diversity of experience includes I.T. Food Manufacturing and Wine Bottling which has broadened his business outlook. Graham has worked in construction for ten years in Civil Engineering and House Building and is currently Group Financial Director for The Willowbrook Group (Construction and Plant) where his sharp analytical skills enable him to take a balanced view of the businesses’ objectives. Graham is a keen runner and boasts an impressive time of 23:15 for 5K!
Unusual fact: Graham does not have an unusual fact. That is unusual!
Service Manager
Sharon previously worked for national hirer GE Capital for over 20 years as their Senior Hire Controller before we were fortunate enough to acquire her many talents. She has worked at Willowbrook Plant for around 7 years. Sharon is a natural all-rounder having turned her hand to Credit Control, Service and Service Supervision as well as offering PA support the Sales Manager and Operations Director.
Unusual fact: To the best of our knowledge Sharon is the only member of the Willowbrook Plant team who can floss. (That’s the dance, not the teeth)
Financial Controller
Rebecca joined Willowbrook Plant Services in 2010 and has undertaken roles in various departments in that time which has given her an all-round knowledge of the business and the Construction Plant industry. She completed a degree in English Literature, a discipline that honed both her creative and analytical skills. The latter has proved invaluable in her current accounting role.
Unusual fact: Rebecca has a Masters Degree in Old Norse Myth from Durham University.
Service & Parts Administrator
V. has been in the Construction industry for the last few years having previously worked as a yard supervisor at the Builders Merchants Jewsons. V. brings a purposeful approach and a great attitude to our Service Team. She adopts an honest and robust approach to client relations.
Unusual fact – V’s name was listed as Victoria on the previous website. She wondered why everyone got her name wrong!
Area Sales Manager
Tony has worked as Area Sales Manager since May 2016. His vast previous experience as a Service Engineer with Finning (UK) and Bell Equipment as well as a spell with WesTrac in Western Australia have given him a great insight into construction equipment. He can, therefore, advise clients on the most effective and profitable machinery for their requirements. Prior to joining Willowbrook Plant, Tony was Contracts Manager for John Hanlon and Co.
Unusual fact: Tony is a collector of sunglasses.
PDI Manager
Drew has been in the Plant & Construction industry for over 12 years. His background at Bam Construction Plant and Bam Nuttall Civil Engineering has served him well in his current role. Drew is the interface between sales and client and ensures that the equipment is delivered on time to the correct specification.
Unusual fact: Drew went to school with former World Snooker Champion Shaun Murphy
Head of After Sales & Specialist Operations
Kevin’s early work experience was as Technical Specialist for an ERF Truck dealership. His career in construction plant began in 2003 giving technical support to the engineers at Watling JCB. Kevin joined Willowbrook Plant in 2014 and provides specialist technical and advanced diagnostic support to the service team and customers. He is the interface between manufacturers and in-house engineers.
Unusual fact: Kevin won a round of The British Championship of Go Karting in 2017.
Parts Manager
John has worked in the plant industry for over 30 years within the parts sector. He was previously Parts Supervisor at Mawsley Machinery. His wealth of knowledge and a large number of contacts make him a valuable asset to the team. For John managing a Parts Department requires an analysis of sales history and fortune telling.
Unusual fact: He is a keen amateur military aviation photographer! (Plane spotter to the rest of us)
